After his victory in the Seat Leon 2017 championship, the driver Gabriele Torelli makes his debut in the Mini Challenge, already supported by Zare, who reconfirms his sponsorship also in the current season.
On the eve of the championship, the 27-year-old started as favourite and for the moment, with two races behind him, we can not say that the young man is disappointing expectations…
At the appointment of Imola, Torelli, competing in the Padovan Team Project E20, finished first in the second of the two races scheduled for the Mini Cooper weekend, forcing the veteran Sandrucci, champion of the 2017 edition, to settle for second place.
In France, in the circuit named after Paul Ricard, Torelli does even better, winning a victory in the first race and a third place in the Sunday competition, hit by a torrential rain, which earned him the necessary points to win the top of the final rank.
Proud to be part of such a competitive team, Zare can only congratulate the # 44 driver and give him a big good luck for the next events on the track!
For those who want to follow the adventures of Gabriele Torelli and the other participants in the Mini Challenge 2018, it is possible to attend the races on Motor Trend (channel 56) or live streaming on the official Mini Italia Facebook channel and on the mini.it website.
