Growing together is possible

Growing, for a company like Zare, does not mean just buying machinery or obtaining certifications that certify production standards, but also working on the evolution of the sector, in full cooperation with other local companies.

Zare decided to take part in as many initiatives as possible to support this thesis, initiatives aimed at the growth of the sectors in which we operate and which set concrete and achievable objectives.

On this occasion we present two events to which we are delighted to have participated in the month of June ...

Matching Day 4.0

On Wednesday 6th June we took part in Matching Day 4.0, an event that was created to make the companies of the Metalworking, Mechatronic and ICT sectors of the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia dialogue.

As pointed out by the organizers Lapam and Confartigianato, the structure of the day, based on short meetings between the companies present, saved time to find customers and suppliers but above all it represented an opportunity to deepen new possibilities for collaboration and relationships.

"Matching Day 4.0 is a challenge for our association - pointed out the President General, Gilberto Luppi - but also an opportunity for the many companies of the Mechanics of this territory. We believe that an opportunity like Matching Day 4.0 can be useful not only to find new customers or suppliers, but also, and this is the innovation that underlies this project, to share knowledge and perspective to the participating companies. "

Matching Day 4.0

Unindustria Reggio Emilia, in collaboration with Club Meccatronica, Club Digitale, Unimore and CIS, has devised a two-year project that consists of several initiatives aimed at supporting the transformation of companies towards Industry 4.0.

Industry 4.0 integrates new digital and industrial automation technologies to increase productivity, improve working conditions, efficiency and production quality of the plants. Industry 4.0 is innovative, in the process and in the product, but it is also in the training of skills, in the involvement of human capital, in the growth of professional skills.

Believing strongly in this project and wishing to act as a point of reference in the world 4.0, Zare can only be pleased with the invitation received from Uninudustria to bring his testimony to the workshop toBE 4.0 held on 12 June. On this occasion, our Sales Manager, Giuseppe Pisciuneri, talked about the advantages and innovations within the metal additive manufacturing sector.
