In November, Il Sole 24 Ore published a list of Italian companies “Growth Leaders 2019” as they have distinguished themselves for a significant increase in turnover over the last three years. Among these companies, there is Zare, the AM Production Factory.
Il Sole 24 Ore, the leading Italian newspaper on economics and finance, and Statista, international company that deals with the elaboration of market data and complex research projects, prepared a list that examines 350 Italian companies that have achieved significant growth in turnover from 2014 to 2017.
The list tells how small and medium sized companies succeeded in developing successfully in a period of economic crisis. Furthermore, it represents a collection of business histories useful for understanding which direction take to progress.
The two entities involved in the research also engaged in the study of the success factors and the development levers that allowed these activities to flourish despite the difficult market situation.
The theme of technological innovation is one of the development factors and trends identified by Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista in their analysis. The thrust of the industrial revolution 4.0 is perceptible: it is not only the large industries that are part of it, but also the contractors like Zare that constantly invest in updating company resources.
Being part of the list is a recognition that makes us proud and reminds us of the path we have traveled. The renewal of the machine park, the attention to research, the recruitment of specialized personnel and the opening of new departments, such as the CNC machining center, are the key to continue to grow and renew the Factory.
